We totally get the excitement you’re feeling! From our very first visit in 2020, when we drove into the valley and saw that first glimpse of the venue, we were filled with giddy excitement. Then when we stepped into the chapel, it was one of those moments where you just know. Fast forward a few years, and not only did we get married here, but the entire experience exceeded our wildest expectations.
Now we get to visit over and over again to shoot lots of the amazing weddings at this truly special venue.

We’re incredibly fortunate to shoot weddings at The Priest House regularly, and we absolutely love it. Every year, we capture over 15 weddings here, both in film and photography. Whether it’s a large celebration with 80+ guests or an intimate micro-wedding with just the bride and groom, this venue has so much charm.
The best time of year to get married here? Honestly, every season is magical. From the romantic twilight weddings to summer golden hour shots in the moorland, to the dramatic dark skies in front of Barden Tower—every season offers something unique for your photos and film. We know all the best spots for those unforgettable shots, and we pride ourselves on making the photography and filming a relaxed and fun part of your day. Before we wrap up, we have to give a special shout-out to the amazing team at The Priest House. The food, under head chef Mark, is truly world-class—whether you’re after a traditional wedding breakfast or something unique like grazing platters or evening food, you won’t be disappointed. The floral decorations by Debbie are always exceptional; she’s one of the venue owners, and she knows exactly how to make every wedding feel personal and beautiful. Steve and the team at Bunk Barn have the grounds looking stunning, and Conor, the venue manager, ensures everything runs smoothly. What we love most is how Conor and the team take the time to really get to know each couple—your wedding is not just another event, it’s your day, and they make it their mission to make it perfect.
